Note: This is a Consignment Token (hence the C38), which means a True Dungeon adventurer is selling it through Trent Tokens. But as with all Trent Tokens products, once you've made your purchase, you'll receive a tracking number and your token will be promptly mailed to you!

All the wearer’s successful melee attacks, ranged attacks, and damage-inflicting spells deal +5 Damage as Eldritch. It does not affect spells which do not deal HP damage. It does not affect scrolls, spells emanating from items, nor spells “cast as a scroll”.

If a spell under the influence of Boots of the Four Winds can affect more than one target, the caster gets a total of 5 extra points of Eldritch damage from the boots, not +5 points per target. The caster chooses the recipient(s) of the extra points and may allocate them as s/he sees fit among the eligible recipients.

If a character wearing Boots of the Four Winds can make more than one weapon attack in a round, each successful attack slide will deal +5 Eldritch damage. E.g., if a monk wearing these boots hits with both flurry of blows attacks, the boots will add a total of +10 Eldritch damage.

This item is part of the Elemental Eldritch Sets.
Eldritch Duo

When at least two items are equipped, spellcasters ignore Spell Resistance, healing spells heal an additional 10 HP (see Multi-Target Note below), and melee attacks ignore Damage Reduction. Druids or rangers (only) gain one character level. (+level effects do not stack)
Eldritch Trio
Same as the duo, except the +1 character level bonus is not restricted to druids or rangers. (+level effects do not stack)

Spell vs. Power: A “special power” is not a “spell.” The bonus to healing spells does not affect “powers” that heal. Rule of thumb: if it’s not printed on the character card under a section titled “Spells”, it’s not a spell.

Multi-Target Note: Multi-target healing spells get a pool of 10 bonus healing points which may be allocated among the eligible recipients at the caster sees fit. It does not grant +10 healing to every target. However, when a healing spell is duplicated by Lenses of Divine Sight, both instances of the spell get the full +10 healing bonus.
