If a potion heals HP damage and has a secondary effect that does not restore lost HP, it is not compatible with Chalice of Chugging–even if the owner is at full HP when the potion is consumed. E.g., if the owner is at full HP but is suffering the effects of an Undead Touch Attack, the owner could not drink \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/tokendb.com\/token\/potion-dwarven-lager\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003ePotion Dwarven Lager\u003c\/a\u003e as a Free Action because in addition to removing an Undead Touch Attack, the lager heals 3 points of damage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis item only works for its owner. As a Free Action, it allows its owner to drink a non-healing potion. It cannot be used to instantly feed another person a non-healing potion. This item does not prohibit you from feeding another person a non-healing potion, but it will not enable you to do so as a Free Action.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChalice of Chugging cannot be used to make an attack slide with an alchemical weapon as a Free Action–even if the alchemical weapon has the word “Potion” in its name and somehow required the user to drink it. However, something like \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/tokendb.com\/token\/potion-black-dragon-breath\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003ePotion Black Dragon Breath\u003c\/a\u003e does not require an attack slide (and does not heal HP damage) and therefore is compatible with Chalice of Chugging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eNote:\u003c\/em\u003e Only one Free Action is allowed per round. Therefore, the effect from this item cannot be combined \u003cu\u003ein the same round\u003c\/u\u003e with another Free Action. E.g., you could not drink a potion as a Free Action using Chalice of Chugging and coat a weapon with an oil using \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/tokendb.com\/token\/pouch-of-tulz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003ePouch of Tulz\u003c\/a\u003e as a Free Action in the same round.
