Grants immunity to physical ranged attacks but not melee attacks, spells, or wholly magical effects.
If the wearer is a monk, the attack will be redirected back at the attacker. Only ranged attacks directed at the monk are reflected. It does not matter if the attack would have scored a hit against the monk or missed, as long as the monk was the target the missile will be reflected. The damage from the reflected attack is automatic (i.e., no To Hit roll is needed to see if the monster hit itself) and damage is determined normally as if the monster were attacking a PC.
