As a Free Action, it allows its owner to drink a healing potion. It cannot be used to instantly feed another person a healing potion. This item does not prohibit you from feeding another person a healing potion, but it does not enable you to do so as a Free Action.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eNote:\u003c\/em\u003e Only one Free Action is allowed per round. Therefore, the effect from this item cannot be combined \u003cu\u003ein the same round\u003c\/u\u003e with another Free Action.
