This protection only applies to a single attack. For example, if a monster successfully attacked you three times, only the first attack’s damage would be reduced.
In addition, none of these items can be equipped:

- Charm of Undeath
- Ring of Undeath
This Transmuted token requires all of these items to construct:
- any Rare Charm
- any Rare Neck-slot item
- any Rare Ring
- 3× Dwarven Steel
- 1× Elven Bismuth
- 3× Minotaur Hide
- 10× Mystic Silk
- plus ONLY ONE of the following:
- Frost Devil Ichor
- Ice Wyrm Eye
- Stone Hag Thumb
- at least 1,000 GP (no change will be given)
