My YouTube Studio Setup

For the people who asked or in case you were curious, here's a list of the equipment I use in my YouTube studio!

Elgato Stream Deck XL

This is such a fun device, you can create buttons/links to numerous things for a stream and much more!

Shure SM7B Cardioid Dynamic Microphone

Unarguably one of the best microphones ever!

Novostella 2 Pack 20W Smart LED Flood Lights, RGBCW, 2700K-6500K, 2000LM, WiFi Outdoor Dimmable Color Changing Stage Light, IP66 Waterproof

I use these as background lights. I love the various colors they offer, and it's really convenient that they can be controlled via Amazon Alexa.

APC UPS BR1500MS, 1500VA Sine Wave UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector, AVR, (2) USB Charger Ports

There's a lot of equipment in my YouTube studio, so I have everything plugged into three of these!

Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Sony E

I use this lens on camera 1, which is pointed at me.

Sigma 30mm f/1.4 Contemporary DC DN Lens for Sony E

I use this lens on camera 2, which is for overhead/product shots.

SanDisk 64GB Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-I Card - C10, U3, V30, 4K UHD, SD Card

You can never have enough SD cards, and these are great for shooting 4K.

GVM RGB Video Lights with APP Control, 50W Full Color Studio Video Lighting Kit

These are a really awesome set of three 3200K-5600K RGB LED lights. The kit includes a carrying case, barn doors, soft filters, light stands, and AC adapters. The lights can also be controlled with an app, which is very convenient.

Manfrotto 432-3.7B Deluxe Autopole (Black)

I have three of these and they're amazingly strong and sturdy. I use one to hold camera 1 and my key light. The second one I use for camera 2, my fill light, and my overhead/product light. The third I use for my backlight. They take up very little space, which is perfect for a small room.

GODOX Key Light Streaming Light LED Video Panel Studio Photography Light with Wireless Remote 3200K-5600K

I use this for camera 2, my overhead/product shots. It comes with a remote which is awesome since the light isn't easy to get to in my setup.

Tether Tools TetherPro HDMI Micro to HDMI Cable, 10 feet (3m)

I use two of these to connect each of my Sony a6400 cameras to my ATEM Mini Pro. They are really great quality cables.

Manfrotto 244 Variable Friction Magic Arm with Camera Bracket

I use two of these, one for each of my Sony A6400 cameras. They are incredibly strong and the various angles you can adjust them to are seemingly endless!

Manfrotto 244N Variable Friction Magic Arm without Camera Bracket (Black)

I use four of these to hold all of my lights. It's so amazing how sturdy these are, and it is very easy to adjust them to any angle you need.

Manfrotto 032SPL Autopole Spirit Level

This made it easy to make sure my Manfrotto Deluxe Autopoles were level!

Manfrotto 035RL Super Clamp with 2908 Standard Stud

I use six of these to hold all of my cameras and lights. It is so easy to connect to the Manfrotto Deluxe Autopoles, and it's amazing to see how strong and sturdy they are.

NETGEAR Nighthawk X10 AD7200 802.11ac/ad Quad-Stream WiFi Router, 1.7GHz Quad-core Processor

I wanted something super powerful for streaming and I found it with this router. I really like the fast performance, numerous ports, and the Nighthawk App to setup and manage the router.

Sony ACPW20 AC Adaptor

I have two of these, one for each of my Sony a6400 cameras. They allow me to continuously stream and run the camera without a battery.

RODE PSA 1 Swivel Mount Studio Microphone Boom Arm

This is a fantastic boom arm. It's quiet, flexible, and very easy to install.

Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro HDMI Live Stream Switcher

This is a very powerful camera switching device that packs a lot of functionality into a surprisingly small footprint. It can connect to four HDMI video and two audio inputs. It also has HDMI output, a USB-C connection, and an Ethernet port. I don't use the audio input (I use a GoXLR), but I do use it to stream and pull in two cameras, my MacBook Pro, and my iPhone.

TC-Helicon GoXLR - Mixer, Sampler, & Voice FX for Streamers

I use this to connect to my Shure SM7B XLR microphone. It is hands down the most powerful and fun device to use while streaming. The motorized faders make it easy to adjust your various inputs into the broadcast mix. The sampler and voice FX are super fun to use during the stream, and the included app gives you limitless control over the countless settings.

TC-Helicon GoXLR Adjustable Desk Stand

This was a really great purchase for me. It has a few different angles to make it easier to interact with the GoXLR, and besides the rubber pads that prevent slipping, it is a beast. It's over four pounds and extremely sturdy. It also comes with an inline power switch adapter, which allows you to turn the GoXLR on and off (there's no power switch on the GoXLR), and I find this to be quite helpful.

Mogami Gold STUDIO-15 XLR Microphone Cable, XLR-Female to XLR-Male, 3-Pin, Gold Contacts, Straight Connectors, 15 Foot

You want an excellent XLR cable when using an XLR microphone, and this cable is exactly that. I'm very happy with the professional quality of this cable, and the Mogami Lifetime "No Excuses" Warranty made this an easy choice for me.

Shure A26X 3" Extension Tube for Desk Stands

If you happen to get a Shure SM7B Microphone and mount it on a Rode PSA1 Boom Arm like I did, then you're going to want one of these! Since the XLR connector is at the top of the Shure SM7B, this extension tube allows the microphone to sit lower on the boom arm, which allows you to spin the microphone around (which you can't do without the extension).

Bose Companion 20 Multimedia Speaker System

If I'm not wearing my headphones, I'm listening to music, games, or my system sounds through these awesome speakers. The design of the speakers is very sleek, they don't take up a lot of space, and the sound they produce is crystal clear. And I really enjoy how easy it is to mute or adjust the volume with the control pod.

Sony Alpha a6400 Mirrorless Camera: Compact APS-C Interchangeable Lens Digital Camera with Real-Time Eye Auto Focus, 4K Video

I use two of these and absolutely love them. I have one with a Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens pointed at me, and another with a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens for my overhead/product shots. The a6400 cameras can shoot 4K Video, the Real-Time Eye Auto Focus is very powerful, and the Flip Up Touchscreen makes it easier to use while streaming.

Auray Headphone Holder With Padded Cradle and Adjustable Angle

This was a really great purchase. You can clamp it pretty much anywhere in a horizontal or vertical position, and the padded holder cradles the headphones quite securely.

Sennheiser Pro Audio Sennheiser HD280PRO Headphone

I don't wear headphones that often, so I wanted something lightweight and comfortable, and these headphones were exactly what I was looking for.
