Damage-dealing Spells cast by the user deal +2 Damage. Healing Spells cast by the user heal +2 HP. It has no effect on magic emanating from items, scrolls, or Spells cast by the user which neither reduce nor restore HP. While polymorphed, the character deals +2 Damage when they physically attack.

If a Spell under the influence of a focus-effect can affect more than one target, the caster gets a total of 2 extra points of healing/damage from this item, not +2 points per target. The caster chooses the recipient of the extra points and may allocate them as they see fit to an eligible recipient.

Folios are single use items that are turned in to the coach prior to starting an adventure. The effects are added to your overall stats. Only one folio may be used per person per adventure.
