Auction FAQ
After many years and many people asking me to run auctions, I've finally said yes!
After winning an auction, you'll receive an email with a link to pay for what you have won (you have 48 hours to pay for your winning bid). You can choose any payment option you wish, and of course, as with any Trent Tokens purchase, you'll earn XP and be able to cash in XP to use as Coupon Codes when checking out. Once the tokens are received from True Dungeon, your order will be shipped just like any other order from Trent Tokens. As always, you may request that your order(s) be held until you're ready for everything to be shipped.

How do I bid on an auction item?
You can see all of the items currently available on auction via the Current Auction link. After choosing which item to bid on, input the amount you'd like to bid and then click Place Bid.
How will I know if I win?
Once the combined reserve total for all listings has been met (at least $7,500), all winners will be notified via email.
How will I know if I've been outbid?
If someone bids a higher amount than you, you'll receive an email notifying you that you've been outbid.
How do I see the status of my bids?
Click on "Account" and then "View Your Bids" to see the details of your bids.
What happens after I win an auction item?
Once you win an auction item, you'll receive an email with a link to pay for your winning bid.
NOTE: Once you win an auction, you have 48 hours after the end of the auction to process your payment. If you do not pay within 48 hours, your winning bid will be canceled and the next highest bidder will be declared the winner.
When will I receive items I've won from an auction?
As soon as the items are received from True Dungeon, unless you have requested that they be held for combined shipping.
Can you hold multiple items to be shipped at a later date?
Yes, just choose the hold for combined shipping option during checkout, or add a note during checkout, or email me and I'll hold your order.
Do you have "eBay style" bidding?
Yes, it's called Proxy Bidding.
What is Proxy Bidding?
Proxy bidding is basically "eBay style" bidding.
A Proxy Bid is the maximum amount you are willing to bid on an item. New bids below your Proxy Bid will increase your Current Bid to an amount equal to the new bid plus the minimum bid increment until it hits your Proxy Bid. New bids above your Proxy Bid will result in the new bidder having the highest Current Bid. You will then receive an email indicating that you have been outbid.
If I make a mistake and place a Proxy Bid higher than I want, can I change it?
Yes, if you place a Proxy Bid* higher than you intended, and want to place another Proxy Bid for a lower amount, you may do so. Just enter a new lower bid.
*If bid amount is greater than Bid Price + 2*(Increment) then, it will be considered as a Proxy bid.

How can I see the current status of the current auction?
Click on the Current Auction link to see the current status of the combined reserve total. I'll try to keep this updated as often as possible.
