Once per room, any Potion consumed by the wearer heals the wearer 2 HP. This item does not overwrite the Potion’s original effect, it adds to it. E.g., drinking a Potion Black Dragon Breath doesn’t normally heal the consumer, but with this item it would deal 5 damage to all monsters and heal 2 HP to the consumer. Potions that already restore HP are compatible with this item’s effect. Simply add +2 to the amount the Potion would have otherwise healed.
To be used in conjunction with a Charm of Sif’s Favor, the token must comply with all of the following:
- The word “Potion” must be printed in its title
- It must be an actual Potion
(If someday a “Scroll Destroy Potion” token were to be made that caused a targeted Potion to explode, it would not trigger this item’s healing effect.)
This effect may be used any time the wearer drinks a Potion, but no more than once per room. This item’s effect does not require activation, though one could waive it, if desired. Its effect stacks with other items that boost healing from Potions, so long as all relevant conditions are met.
