Charm of Synergy - 2017 (Gold)

Each member of the party wearing this item gains +1 to their maximum Hit Points for every party member wearing one of these items. Thus if only one party member is wearing a Charm of Synergy, only that party member’s maximum HP is increased by 1. If three party members are wearing a Charm of Synergy, those three each gain +3 to their maximum HP but the other party members are unaffected. If all ten party members are wearing a Charm of Synergy, they each gain +10 to their maximum HP.

The maximum HP bonus per wearer is +10. E.g., if for some strange reason your party consists of 11 people and every member of your party equips a Charm of Synergy, each person would receive +10 to their max HP from this item–not +11.

The HP bonus gained does not go down during the adventure due to party member deaths. E.g., if your party began the adventure with +10 maximum HP because all 10 party embers equipped a Charm of Synergy but three party members died, the remaining party members would still have +10 to their maximum HP.
