Once per room, the owner of this cup may convert any non-Common potion (a potion of any rarity other than Common) to a beverage that restores 2 hp. The beverage must be consumed immediately–it cannot be “banked” for later use. The converted potion must be in the cup owner’s possession and the healing beverage can only be consumed by the cup owner.

All effects the potion once had are completely negated when converted to a healing beverage. E.g., drinking a converted Potion Dwarven Meadonly heals 2 HP, it does not remove any kind of status effect.

The act of converting a non-Common potion to a healing beverage and drinking the beverage requires a Standard Action. Magic items that allow potion use as a Free Action may be used in conjunction with this chalice. I.e., the act of converting the potion does not require any kind of Action, but drinking the beverage does.
