User gains +1 To Hit and +1 Damage when wielding a Rare weapon. This item has no effect on weapons of any other rarity, not even Common or Uncommon.
Monks may take advantage of this item, but only when wielding Rare weapons–either hand-held or bracer-style. All of the weapons the monk is currently using must be Rare for this item to function. E.g., a monk could be attacking with two Rare bracer-weapons, a Rare bracer-weapon and a Brawler’s Horn, a single +1 Bliss Hammer, or whatever Rare weapon(s) they care to wield. Open hands do not count as a Rare weapon. This Transmuted token required all of these items to construct:
- +1 Keen Bolt
- 1× Aragonite
- 5× Dwarven Steel
- 500 GP equivalent
plus ONLY ONE of the following: - Devil Drake Claw
- Giant Blood
- Helkyrie Ichor
- Troll Shaman Finger
