The wearer may cast a Spell (not a scroll, wand, or item) as a Free Action. This Spell is “cast as a scroll” and may not be modified by skill tests or other enhancements which normally apply to Spells, nor may it be duplicated by other items/effects.

Due to the limit of one Free Action per round, this item cannot be used more than once per round. But other than that, there is no inherent limit to the number of times this item may be used.

Note: The use of this item does not prevent the Spell it affects from being marked off the character card. Though it’s possible for this item to be used in conjunction with another token that prevents the Spell from being marked off, Necklace of the Zephyr itself does not prevent the Spell from being marked off.
